Improvements

VCI-263: Enable menu if grab event received from the standard remote control
We have gotten feedback that it would be nice to enable menu if someone needs to use the remote control in order to enter advanced settings.

VCI-251: Clean up SSH connections/user sessions after network drop 
This has been implemented to increase stability in unstable networks.  

VCI-246: Center OCS login form on clients with 1366x768 resolution
Some of the OCS login form was not visible on clients running 1366x768 resolution.
